Design and manufacture of electrical drive and plc control systems mainly for the printing and paper industry. Also supplying systems with motors rated to 750KW.

We employ highly skilled personnel to complete the electrical installation of the equipment and commissioning engineers to perform the start up function and provide training as required.

Detailed CAD drawings of the system are produced together with Excel based cable schedules and connection sheets.

Our Design, Service & Commissioning Engineers have extensive knowledge of:

• DC & AC Industrial Drives Systems & PLC’s.
• Control Techniques Mentor DC Drives and the MD29AN SYPT software.
• Control Techniques, AC drives including UnidriveSP.
• Industrial PC’s or HMI’s with Scada Package, page layout design and touch screen applications. Utilization of several elements on CTNet including Beckhoff Remote I/O.
• Sectional Paper Machine Drive Systems, High Speed Newsprint Paper Winders (to 2400m/min) & centre wind Rewind and Unwind applications.
• Printing Press Drive System Applications using ‘shaft-less’ technology.
• The Other Drive Systems including Harland Simon, PPD & SSD.

Spare Parts: - We hold spares for PPD Mark 2 Autosil, SSD 595 (Digital) & SSD 548 (Analogue) drives.
